Powered roller conveyors are a popular choice for moving loads because they require less effort than unpowered roller conveyors. They are commonly used in manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, and package handling. Each conveyor section comprises rollers attached to a frame via a series of axles. Being powered by a motor-driven belt, chain, or shaft, it doesn't require manual push or slope to convey loads. The conveyors have even spacing and move the items at a controlled speed. They provide a stable surface for conveying items with uneven or rimmed bottoms, like skids, bags, drums, pallets, and pails. The conveyor's roller spacing density determines the size of items that can be conveyed. For smaller items, at least three rollers should support them at all times.
